Signs and Wonders: Acts 3 & 4 (Video Service) | First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth

Today’s Service:

  • Lead Minister: Rev. Emily Riley Campbell, Senior Minister
  • Guest Scripture Reader: One of our younger church members, Clare
  • Special Music from the 2019 Chancel Choir Spring Concert, and Communion Provided by Sharon Smith, FPCP Pianist
  • Scripture: Acts 3:1-18 & Acts 4:1-4, 13-14

Today we look at the third of seven sermons based on the first nine chapters of the Book of Acts.  Chapters 3 & 4 of the Book of Acts tell about the ways the Holy Spirit works in the lives of the Apostles Peter and Paul, and how the Holy Spirit’s power inspired their later ministries.

As we move through the book of Acts, we look at the transformative power of the Holy Spirit at work among us.  We need the power of the Holy Spirit to heal the pain and brokenness of our systems and of our world today.  We, like Peter and John, are called to be bold witnesses of God’s grace.

We hope you will join us as we continue on this 7-week journey through the book of Acts and see how the Holy Spirit is at work, even today.
