As a worship ministry of the First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth, our purpose is to provide leadership and participation in each worship experience of our congregation. Our chief objective is to enhance every worship service with well-prepared, quality musical presentations and to encourage congregational participation. Our musical events, such as holiday, gospel and seasonal concerts, are designed to uplift the membership of FPCP to a higher level of sacred worship.

Led in a contemporary style, the Upper Room worship program highlights a more informal musical setting.  In the past, the music has ranged from soloists with piano or guitar accompaniment to mixed musical ensembles including solo or multiple singers accompanied by a mixture of piano and a wide variety of percussion, string and wind instruments. The goal of the Upper Room music is to bring the joy and love of God to the worshippers while sharing some of the incredible talent we have within the Church and the community.
