First Presbyterian High School Ministry strives to be a place where students in 9th-12th grade can come and experience Jesus in a real and fresh way. Whether you are a devoted follower of Christ or someone who is not quite sure about this whole God thing….this is a place for you. We love to have fun and get crazy and we love to get serious about what it really means to follow Jesus. So grab a friend and come hang out and check us out!
Every Sunday morning, students gather for games, a time of worship, and a message that helps us understand how the Bible applies to our daily lives. We meet at 9:30 & 11 am every Sunday. Come join us!
We meet (nearly) every Sunday nights from 6:30-8pm. Come join us for time of hanging out, Life Groups, a bit of craziness, and an all around good time! We’ll have snacks for you when you get here!
Special Activities & Trips:
Annual Mission Trip – Every summer we embark into the world to serve Jesus in a radical way. This past year we went to Camp Barnabas to serve those with special needs, mainly autism. We saw Jesus do incredible things through the lives of our students and the lives of our campers. Stay tuned for whats coming in 2019!
Winter Camp @ SpringHill – Students spend a weekend in February immersed in Christian fellowship and worship (and where they compete against other churches in the popular Broomball competitions)
Summer Camp @ Hume New England – One of the many things we love about Hume Lake is the opportunity to get away from the busyness and distractions that young people face on a daily basis and have an incredible camp experience. When you come to Hume, you will hear the gospel preached, be challenged through scripture, engage in sweet worship through music and get some time alone and with your church to process what God did in your life up here at camp.
