On Reformation Sunday (and also the 500th Anniversary of the day that Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the church door), we spent time looking at Psalm 78.  As Pastor Emily went through this psalm with us, she shared that it represents a call to remember – remember the things God has done for us, despite the many, many times we (and the Israelites) have turned our backs on God and His teachings.  It represents a call to reform, just as Martin Luther and many of the other reformers of that day.  And it represents a call to keep reforming.  The Reformation is a movement that continues today.  We are the ‘Church Reformed, Always Reforming.’

Based on Psalm 78.
