Middle School students (grades 6 – 8) are invited to join the Wednesday evening Youth Group from 6:30pm – 8:00pm in the Warehouse. This group, led by Director of Youth Ministries Josh Imboden, includes fun and fellowship, Bible study and food!
Other popular events include:
- The annual Middle School Winter Retreat at the SpringHill Christian Camp in Evart, MI. Students spend a weekend in January immersed in Christian fellowship and worship, as well as fun camp activities such as tubing, swimming, and challenge ropes, as well as competing against other churches in the popular Broomball competitions. You can sign up here.
- Dart Wars – a crazy glow-in-the-dark game of Capture the Flag with Nurf guns!
- Teen Mission Trip – Depending on the location and format of the trip, 8th grade students may be invited to participate in the teen mission trip. Generally taking place in late June, students and adult leaders participate in a weeklong mission trip that includes construction projects and worship opportunities of all kinds. Locations of past trips include serving in communities in Kentucky, Tennessee and Mexico, as well as neighborhoods in Detroit.

Does my family need to belong to the First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth to participate in the Middle School Ministry activities?
Middle School ministry programs are open to any student who would like to attend and learn more about God’s love and His works in our lives. Many teens witness to their peers through invitations to participate in the Middle School Ministry activities.
