A Middle School Sunday School class is available for 6th and 7th grade students during the 9:00am church services. Middle school students generally go straight to their class as they arrive at church.
The Middle School curriculum follows the same program as the elementary curriculum, but is further enhanced with extra projects to help them apply the concepts being studied at a higher level.
When & Where
Middle School Sunday School meet Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the Mural Room (basement level)
Where do I pick up my Middle Schooler after church?
Children of all ages (through 7th grade) will remain in their Sunday School classrooms until they are picked up by a parent. If you need assistance locating your child’s classroom, you may ask any Sunday School teacher, the Deacons of the Day, or refer to the Church building map.
Sunday School is open to any child or youth who would like to attend and learn more about God’s love and His works in our lives. However, preregistration is necessary for regular attendees to allow us to be prepared for appropriate staffing and materials. You have three options to register your family for Sunday School to ensure a regular spot for your child(ren):
- Paper copies of the Family Ministry Enrollment Form are available in the narthex,
- Download and complete the Family Ministry Enrollment Form (pdf) and return it to the church office, or
- Enroll your child(ren) online with our convenient Online Family Ministry Enrollment Form.
If you have questions concerning FPCP’s Sunday School format, please contact Darlene Maginley, Interim Director of Children’s Ministry, at 734-453-6464, ext. 110 or by email at darlenemaginley[at]fpcp.net.
